Confirmation & Acknowledgment

Communications: This summer we will be using the TeamSnap app for communications. Please keep an eye out for emails from TeamSnap to set up your profile. Towards the end of June, families of new swimmers can also look for notifications from Swimming Canada Natation inviting you to sign waivers and verify swimmer registration info. 

The Kentville Marlins has two FaceBook groups to connect with other families: Public: fb.com/KentvilleMarlinsSwimTeam/ and Members: fb.com/groups/KentvilleMarlinsMembers; but all official communications will be via TeamSnap. 

Please visit our Swimmers and Parents Resource Page in order to see our upcoming meet Schedule. It is your responsibility to email kentvillemarlins@gmail.com no later than Monday at 5:30pm in order to let coaches know you will be attending the meets the upcoming weekend. Verbal confirmations can not be guaranteed to get your children entered.

Completing your Registration

Registration fees will be $350 per swimmer for the main swimming program, plus $45 Swim NS fees if this has not been paid already this year (e.g., via winter maintenance or a winter swim club). Mini Marlins registration fee is $150 plus $45 SNS fee. Fees are reduced by $25 for each sibling registered per family regardless whether a Marlin or Mini-Marlin.

Once your registration form above and confirmation has been submitted below. You will need to E-transfer the amount owing to kentvillemarlins@gmail.com Prior to your registration being finalized. If we do not receive your payment within one week of registration, you may need to re-register your swimmers.

Once payment is received by the Kentville Marlins, you will be sent a confirmation of registration from our registrar. Receipts for your payment will be issued in late June. Please ensure you have received the confirmation email to ensure that your swimmer is properly registered and paid up before coming to practice in July.
